Shipping Policy

  • Wine orders from humblesomm.com are shipped to states where direct wine shipments are permitted by law.
  • All purchases require the signature of an adult aged 21 or older at delivery. ID verification is required.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or internationally currently.
  • Standard processing takes 1-3 business days. Typical transit time varies by destination but is generally 2-7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
  • In extreme temperatures, we may hold shipments to protect wine quality and will notify you if your order is delayed.
  • Tracking information is provided once your order is shipped.
  • If your state is not listed at checkout, we unfortunately cannot ship to your address due to local restrictions.

Returns Policy

  • We want you to be fully satisfied. If you receive a bottle that is damaged, flawed, or unsatisfactory, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • For wine, please retain the bottle (with contents and cork) for inspection or return. We cannot accept returns of wine that has been substantially consumed.
  • Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Due to legal constraints, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or over-ordering once wine has been shipped.
  • Accessories and non-wine products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Refunds Policy

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, or your wine is corked or flawed, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or full refund to the original payment method.
  • In case the wine is out of stock, the refund may be issued as store credit or to the original form of payment, as preferred.
  • Refunds are processed promptly once returns are approved and received. You will be notified by email once your refund is issued.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of error or product damage on our part.
